The Gimprich Family Foundation funds primarily, but not exclusively, Jewish and Israel-oriented projects, and favors seed money grants for new projects over ongoing funding.  Most grants range between $5,000 and $10,000.  Proposals that are innovative and suggest considerable impact may merit greater awards. Funding areas include: social services; Jewish identity; mental health; youth and children at risk; Arab-Jewish relations; women; elderly; the environment; community development and empowerment; self-help programs, human rights and immigrant absorption.
