"...peace comes by following three paths. The first is to make peace with ourselves - all of ourselves. The second is to make peace in ourselves with the significant people in our lives. The third is to find our own experience of Peace with a capital P."
---The Courage for Peace by Louise Diamond
During the workshop participants (both men and women) learn simple, invaluable tools that can enhance their inner peace, confidence and relationship skills. They become aware of how their own healing and empowerment brings more healing and peace to their homes, work places and communities. During the workshop you will be able to:
· Rediscover the joy of moving, playing games and being in your body
· Meet some unfinished business you have stored within that same body
· Experience deep listening designed to heal present and past emotional wounds
· Feel the healing possibility of touch
· Learn about new ways of creating a change in your world
