The Fourth National Conference on Volunteerism in Arab Society was held on June 18, 2008.

The conference, titled "Volunteerism is a Right: Volunteerism in Arab Society", was hosted by NISPED-AJEEC, the Altufula Center, the Regional Council for the Unrecognized Villages, the Hura Regional Council, Baladna, and Ibn Khaldun.

The conference took place on Wednesday, June 18, 2008, between 9:00 and 14:30 at the Beer Sheva Youth Center.
