MERCHAVIM – The Institute for the Advancement of Shared Citizenship in Israel and The Walter Lebach Institute for Jewish-Arab Coexistence through Education at Tel Aviv University, hosted a Conference at Tel Aviv University on May 29, 2009.

The conference, "Strategies of Diversity in the Teachers' Room to Promote Positive Inter-Group Relations - A Case-Study: The Integration of Arab Teachers in Jewish Schools in Israel", was carried out in coordination with Israel's Ministry of Education.
