Ghaida Rinawie-Zoabi, co-founder and General Director of Injaz: the Center for Professional Arab Local Governance in Israel, will be in Boston and New York City in late October. 

NYC: October 26, 27 and 29.

Boston: October 28.

She and her organization Injaz are doing some of the most innovative work happening in the Arab community in Israel today.

Bio

Ghaida Rinawie-Zoabi is the co-founder and General Director of Injaz: the Center for Professional Arab Local Governance in Israel. A certified organizational development consultant, Ms. Rinawie-Zoabi has also worked with the national committee for the Arab authorities in Israel as the project director of the Future Vision for the Arab Palestinians in Israel.

In addition to her leadership at Injaz, Ms. Rinawie-Zoabi is a participant in several organizations. She is an active member of the International Women's Commission (IWC) and UNIFEM, the U.N. organization dedicated to advancing women's rights and and achieving gender equality. She is a board member of Dirasat, the Arab Center for Law and Policy as well as Mobadara, whose mission is the furthering social and economic opportunities through sustainable small, medium, and micro-enterprise development.

Ms. Rinawie-Zoabi is a mother of two and lives in Nazareth.
