Honoring a Quarter Century of Stubborn Perseverance as the Curtain Comes Down
60 Arab and Jewish actors put their reputations on the line
Excerpts from three bi-lingual adaptations of classic plays will be performed by Arab & Jewish teens from Tira, Petach Tikvah, Sakhnin, Misgav Tel Aviv and Jaffa.
"The Little Prince", "Pocahontas" and "West Side Story" were the scripts used in workshops for triggering discussion and awareness-raising about human rights, racism, the rights of women, land, territory and pluralism, preceding the theatre season of performances for over 5,000 students around the country.
This last crop of "Du-Drama" actors, seen as either traitors or naïve by their peers, stuck it out despite Facebook episodes and the totally unsupportive environment. They deserve an ovation.
Dialogue Goes the Way of the Dinosaur

Tony: "Could be. Who knows? There's something due, any day. I don't know, right away, soon as it shows. Something's coming, I don't know what it is, but it is gonna be great..."
Inshallah!
