The Jewish Community Relations Council of The Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia invites you to an event that explores recent Israeli government and North American initiatives on Jewish-Arab cooperation.
Speakers include:
Raslan Abu Rukun, Deputy Counsel General, Consulate General of Israel to the Mid-Atlantic Region.
Mohammad Darawshe and Amnon Be'eri Sulitzeanu, Co-Directors of the Abraham Fund Initiatives, two of Israel's top civil society experts. The Abraham Fund Initiatives has been working since 1989 to promote coexistence and equality among Israel's Jewish and Arab citizens.
Jessica Balaban, Executive Director of the: Inter-Agency Task Force on Israeli Arab Issues, a broad based coalilion of the: organized Jewish community that educates on Jewish·Arab relations in Israel, named by Slingshot as one if the current top 50 innovative Jewish organizations in North America.
Stuart Brown, Treasurer of the Naomi and Nehemiah Cohen Foundation and Chair, Jewish Federations of North America Social Venture Fund for Jewish-Arab Equality and Shared Society.
