"Contemplations on State Commissions of Inquiry & the Status of Israel's Arab Minority" - Konrad Adenauer Program for Jewish-Arab Cooperation Annual “Or Lecture” & Scholarships Award Ceremony

The Konrad Adenauer Program for Jewish-Arab Cooperation will hold its annual "Or Lecture" on Thursday, September 24 2009, at the "Hall of Justice" Auditorium, Faculty of Law, Tel Aviv University.

Prof. Ruth Gavison, Founding President of "Metzilah" - Center for Zionist, Jewish, Liberal and Humanistic Thought, will deliver a lecture on: Contemplations on State Commissions of Inquiry and the Status of Israel's Arab Minority. 

The lecture will be preceded by the scholarships award ceremony to Arab and Jewish students. The Scholarships will be granted by the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung and the Department of Middle Eastern and African History, Tel Aviv University.

The Abraham Fund Initiatives will grant scholarships in memory of the late Jalal Abu Toameh.
