On Tuesday, March 3rd 2009, the Citizens' Accord Forum held, in partnership with the Embassy of the United States in Israel, a workshop on the issues of combating ethnic hate crimes and building Jewish-Arab coalitions.

The workshop facilitators included Rabbi Bob Kaplan, director of CAUSE-NY - the inter-group division of the Jewish Community Relations Council of New York, and Mr. Mohammad Razvi, founder of the Council of Peoples Organization. Rabbi Kaplan and Mr. Razvi co-founded "We Are All Brooklyn", a community-based coalition which has been serving as an instrumental vehicle for meeting and resolving conflicts in diverse communities in Brooklyn.
