Friends of the Arava Institute held its first "ARAVA on the Air" session, a new interactive briefing series designed to provide the latest updates on the exciting progress being made in environmental sustainability and peace building at the ground-breaking Arava Institute for Environmental Studies.
Entitled "Voices of the Future", the briefing focused on the efforts of Arava Institute alumni to develop projects that advance coexistence and transboundary environmental cooperation amid a challenging political and cultural environment. The program was hosted by David Weisberg, Friends of the Arava Institute Executive Director, and included hearing from:
- David Lehrer, Arava Institute Executive Director
- Mona Dajani, Palestinian alumna
- Elad Topel, Israeli alumnus
