Join the New Israel Fund (NIF) as it celebrates its 30th anniversary at The Palace Hotel in San Francisco.
On September 16, 2009, the NIF community will come together in its founding city to raise money and honor 30 years of significant achievement, a transformed landscape for social change and social justice, and our vision of a better Israel.
The evening will include hearing from MK and Minister for Minority Affairs Avishai Braverman and New Israel Fund President and former Deputy Speaker of the Knesset Naomi Chazan. The event will also feature Israeli musical superstar David Broza, and Rabbi Brian Lurie will receive the Guardian of Democracy award for his lasting contributions to strengthening democracy in Israel.
