In Israel today there are hundreds of thousands of unemployed or under-employed men and women, who are in need of support and aid in order to integrate into the workforce or upgrade their occupational status.

The annual Poverty Report, published by the Israeli National Insurance Institute, reveals a direct link between unemployment and poverty, with approximately 68.9% of families without an employed member falling below the poverty line. This state of affairs necessitates the development and operation of professional services which will enable the unemployed to gainfully participate in the workforce in Israel. Be-Atzmi has the experience and ability to perform this much needed task.
